Gearbox Software claims that the add-on will reveal the inner-workings of Claptrap's thoughts, such as explaining the reasons behind his love for dubstep. Since the DLC will take place inside the head of a robot, players can expect to experience strange and bizarre new objectives even by Borderlands standards. After discovering that there is something powerful locked away in the memory of Borderlands' most well-known robot, Handsome Jack creates digital versions of the vault hunters from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel so that they can be inserted inside Claptrap's mind. In the next DLC, titled "Claptastic Voyage," Borderlands fans will literally see inside the mind of Claptrap. The official website for Gearbox Software, the studio that created the co-op FPS series, announced over the weekend that the new content for The Pre-Sequel will be heading to all platforms on March 24. In addition to seeing the launch of the series' debut on current-gen consoles with Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, fans of the popular loot-based franchise will also be getting a new DLC and major gameplay additions for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel later this month.
